Will it work in an existing home?
The brochure describes compatibility with existing mounting boxes and englaze plates. A neutral wire is required at each load point. Have your electrician confirm wiring, box space and load compatibility before selecting devices.
What Wi-Fi setup is needed?
Onboarding requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The brochure specifies 2.4/5 GHz for communication and no separate gateway. App onboarding requires iOS 13 or later, or Android 10 or later.
Are all fans and LEDs compatible?
No. Dimmers require compatible dimmable LEDs and the correct leading-edge or trailing-edge driver. BLDC fans with a remote support ON/OFF only; the brochure lists full control for BLDC fans without a remote. Confirm the exact fan model before ordering.
